HIGH-QUALITY BEVERAGES

A high-performance machine enables to work with serenity, being sure to offer a truly excellent product to the customer. The new software, new module Special Mix and the innovative concepts of Talento permit the barista to make espresso and milk-based beverages with a highly consistency foam. Technical solutions allow the barista to widen the menu of milk/coffe based beverages by offering delicious products, as Americano, with the addition of hot water directly into the cup, filter coffee (cycle without pump), which permits to multiply the beverages for pitchers in the breakfast service, Latte Macchiato having three well-separated layers, double milk beverages, and the cold milk foam.

A strong machine can face heavy-duty use without breaks.
Talento was designed with this in mind: efficient with a long lifespan. Its solid structure is evident at first glance, with stainless steel all over the bodywork (enhanced by elegant inserts in mirrored Stopsol glass) as well as in the framework. The two boiler tanks are also entirely made in stainless steel. The solid brewing group is made in die cast aluminium with heat compensated steel parts to guarantee excellent extraction and maximum strength. Reliability is guaranteed by the high quality of components as well as by many features incorporated into the design, which guarantees the proper insulation for the main modules. The dedicated heat extraction system prevents an excessive increase in internal temperature, ensuring that parts will last longer.

Great reliability also means less maintenance and greater durability which translates into cost efficiency.

FLEXIBILITY

Owing to its extreme practicality and simplicity, Talento fits everywhere (coffee shops, bars, restaurant chains, small and large communities, offices, ..). The control panel can be set according to personal needs, assigning the favourite beverage to each key. Even the name can be customised. Talento allows to brew many kinds of beverages: normal espresso, short/long espresso, cappuccino, milky coffee, Macchiato, American coffee, hot milk, tea, infusions, chocolate and other beverages from powder.
In the cup or a tall glass without problems, as the spout can be raised up to 19 centimetres. The two professional grinders can be used for different coffee blends to satisfy the taste of the most demanding customers.

IT CAN BE QUICK TOO

It’s really easy to make coffee with Talento. No special experience is required because the machine controls are intuitive and a large multicoloured graphic display guides the operator through all of the functions. Just push a button and everything is ready in a moment. Easy and quick. A grinder capacity and fast group movements mean this machine is capable of preparing a large number of great espressos (up to 240) or delicious cappuccinos (up to 190) every hour. Service is quick and customers don’t have to wait.Talento is also “fast” for service engineers: programming is simple and intuitive and every part inside the machine is easy to access.

COMPACTNESS

THERE'S ALWAYS ROOM FOR COMPACTNESS

A good coffee deserves the best position, even when space is limited. Talento’s modern, linear design takes the “space problem” into consideration: the best espresso technology inside a machine with just 40 cm of width. This compact size also translates into an advantage when the aim is to create a great “coffee shop corner”.
The Talento machine can be placed along with a coordinated cup warmer and milk fridge unit so that everything is within reach; cups are already warm which better preserves crema and milk is kept chilled for a healthy, velvety froth.
